We are currently experiencing an issue where some members who joined under the “First Month Free” campaign are being automatically canceled at the time of their second-month renewal.

This occurs because if “Point Payment” was selected as the payment method at the time of enrollment, and there are insufficient points in the account at the time of renewal, the system automatically cancels the membership.

■ For Those Who Have Already Been Automatically Canceled

• Members who joined on or before 2/23 will be individually guaranteed the discounted price (1,650 JPY).

■ For Members Currently in the Free Trial Period

▶ If You Selected “Point Payment”

• Please make sure to charge enough points to cover the monthly fee by the day before your renewal date.
• If your point balance is insufficient at the time of renewal, your membership will be automatically canceled.

▶ If You Selected “Credit Card Payment”

• No additional action is required. Your membership will renew automatically.
• Please confirm that your payment method is set to “Credit Card.”
